Each and every jewel is curated with attention to detail, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. 

Additionally, allow up to 4 business days for delivery*. We use UPS Ground Mail and USPS Priority Mail Service for all packages unless selected or notified otherwise. Expedited shipping available for purchase.

Custom and personalized jewels may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. In the event that you purchase other jewels along with personalized or custom jewels, we will ship items separately. 

*Above delivery timeline does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier’s end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer’s end.
