Custom and personalized jewels may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. In the event that you purchase other jewels along with personalized or custom jewels, we will ship items separately.

• To clean jewelry, buff gently with a dry cloth or microfiber jewelry cloth

• Store your jewelry in a secure pouch, box or airtight container out of direct sunlight and heat
